Rules
If you decide to depart before your term is up, there will be no refunds given. Month to Month campers will not be pro-rated if they depart before their term is up.
■ No RV's older than 10 years old. We require that all RVS must be in a clean and well-maintained condition and in full operation.
■ Fireworks, illegal drugs, and all illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate departure from the premises.
■ NO open ground fires, fire pits, or campfires of any type are allowed at any time.
■ The use or discharge of any type of weapon, gun, or firearm on or at the premises is prohibited.
■ Smoking on site is allowed, but cigarettes must be properly extinguished
and disposed of in the trash, with no littering.
■ You are responsible for yourself & your guests.
■ Guests with minors are responsible for them at all times.
■ Any guest caught stealing from or vandalizing the campground or other
■ RV guests will be required to leave immediately and the police will be called.
■ Pets are welcome to stay monthly as well.
■ Dogs must be leashed and under your control at all times.
■ It is your responsibility to clean - up after your dog.
■ Pets are not allowed to be left outside unattended.
■ Any pet that harms another pet or person will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
■ Music can be enjoyed, but not so loud that it disturbs other campers.
■ Please refrain from loud music by 11:00 p.m.
■ Three (3) vehicles per site.
■ No parking of vehicles on empty lots, no under camper storage, no tents, and no hot tubs.
■ Sites must be maintained clean and clutter-free, at all times.
■ All RVs and vehicles must be licensed and in full operating condition.
■ The washing of RVs and vehicles is not authorized.
■ You must pick up after your dog.
■ No dogs may be tied up or crated outside without supervision.
■ Do not flush items that are typically disposable such as feminine hygiene products, disposable wipes, etc. Please place these items in the trash to avoid a blockage in the septic lines.
■ No dumping of gray or black water on the ground.
■ Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster provided by the campground. All trash must be in a plastic bag and tied, and we cannot be responsible for other large items.
■ Monthly Site payments are due every 30 days.
■ You are given a 3-day grace period. A $35 charge will be applied after the grace period, on the 4th day.
■ After (7) days of non-payment, the management has the right to disconnect all utilities to the site.
■ After ten (10) days of nonpayment, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
